7-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact our support team at support@ggbcollective.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed return instructions.
3. Package your item securely and send it back to us.

REFUNDS PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@ggbcollective.com so we can send out a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
